This was a meeting of a computer company's
worldwide sales staff, held on the Greek island of Rhodes about
12 miles off the Turkish coast. I produced The technical parts of
this meeting for the Taiwan-based head of the company's marketing
staff.
This production was unique in that there was
nearly no advance planning because of a contract with a European
equipment vendor who backed out of the deal at the last moment. I
received the initial contact on a Wednesday night, and was
airborne toward the Aegean Sea less than 48 hours later.
Here is a collection of eight photographs from the two weeks I spent on Rhodes.
Merrill Harrington and myself with one of our rented micro-mini vans (50kb)
One of two pallettes of our equipment arrives at the Rhodos Airport. (46kb)
A nice B&W shot of Merrill Harrington and Lillian Cheng (13kb)
Billy Corona shooting in the old walled city of Rhodes (41kb)
Part of our crew in the Rhodos Palace Hotel ballroom (40kb)
Chris Pena, cameraman, sits in as a drummer on cruise ship (48kb)
Bill Ganz near the Collossus of Rhodes site (44kb)
Beautiful Lindos, viewed from the harbor (50kb)
