While some cities and towns are banning the use of cellular phones in a moving vehicle, certain manufacturers are now touting in-dash navigation screens.

If you think that some drivers can't walk and chew gum at the same time, wait until you see them on the roads poking at tiny buttons and squinting at five-inch screens while trying to find their way to the nearest Tasty Freeze.
